1. Eligibility
   1.1 The Scheme is open to all eligible referrers, excluding employees or direct affiliates of Highfield Property Management.

2. Referral Process
   2.1 To refer a new landlord, the referrer must provide the contact details of the landlord to Highfield Property Management. The referral must be submitted via email, or any other method prescribed by Highfield Property Management.
   2.2 The Referee (landlord) must enter into a property management agreement with Highfield Property Management, and the referred property must be successfully tenanted.

3. Referral Bonus
   3.1 The referrer will be eligible to receive a referral bonus of a $300 Prezzy Gift Card if the referred landlord’s property remains tenanted for a minimum of six months.
   3.2 The bonus will be paid after the landlord’s rental property has been successfully tenanted for a full 6-month period, starting from the date the property is first tenanted by Highfield Property Management.
   3.3 The Prezzy Gift Card will be received within 30 days after the six month period has been completed and verified.

4. Exclusions
   4.1 The referral bonus will not be paid if the referred landlord cancels their property management agreement with Highfield Property Management or if the property becomes vacant during the six month period.
   4.2 Properties that have previously been managed by Highfield Property Management or have been referred by the same individual will not be eligible for this Scheme.

5. Limitation of Liability
   5.1 Highfield Property Management shall not be liable for any taxes, fees, or other costs incurred by the referrer in connection with the referral bonus payment.
   5.2 Highfield Property Management reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Scheme at any time without prior notice.

6. General Terms
   6.1 By submitting a referral, the referrer agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
   6.2 Highfield Property Management’s decision on all matters relating to the Scheme will be final and binding.
   6.3 Highfield Property Management reserves the right to disqualify any referrer suspected of fraudulent activity or non-compliance with the Scheme’s terms.

7. Privacy and Data Protection
   7.1 Highfield Property Management will handle all personal data collected during the referral process in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
